Built for federal, prime, and dual-use programs — from a technical foundation first.
Kestrel Strategic Systems LLC is a woman-owned small business built to support U.S. federal, prime-contractor, and dual-use customers, with the sourcing discipline and NDAA alignment procurement teams need before an award, not after.
Government programs, primes, and the technology companies that supply them.
Government programs
Federal agencies, DoD, DLA, and state and local government — component sourcing, procurement support, and supply-chain analysis aligned to program technical and origin requirements.
Prime contractors
Subcontract-level component sourcing, supplier qualification, alternate-source development, and documentation support.
Defense technology & dual-use companies
UAS, robotics, autonomy, and aerospace companies serving both government and commercial customers. Purely commercial requirements are served through Commercial Sourcing.
Sourcing built around NDAA Section 889 from day one.
Kestrel's sourcing and provenance-review process is structured to avoid covered telecommunications and video-surveillance entities under NDAA Section 889 (Huawei, ZTE, Hytera, Hikvision, Dahua, and subsidiaries). This describes how Kestrel sources; it is not a government-issued certification, and no DoD, Blue UAS, or CMMC approval is claimed.
Woman-owned. Registrations in progress.
Kestrel Strategic Systems LLC is a woman-owned small business. Federal and state contracting registrations, small-business certifications, and CMMC are in progress and not yet complete. Full registration status, NAICS/PSC codes, and a Capability Statement are available to contracting officers and qualified customers on request.
Coming once there's something to put in it.
A formal Capability Statement will be published once registrations and NAICS codes are finalized. Until then, this site is the accurate current picture — request the working draft directly.
